1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa, and references to any gender include all genders.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 677db Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By creating an Account or placing a Wager, you warrant and represent that you satisfy each of the conditions listed below at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains active.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. 677db enforces this requirement strictly. Age verification documents will be requested as part of the KYC process, and any Account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method; any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited without exception.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is designed for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction. If you access the Platform from outside Bangladesh, you do so entirely at your own risk and acknowledge that local laws may prohibit such access.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order, guardian arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into contractual obligations. Persons who have previously been self-excluded or excluded by 677db are not eligible to register a new Account.

2.4 Single Account Obligation

Each individual may maintain only one Account on the Platform at any time. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, a pseudonym, or using another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of betting and gaming products available on 677db, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information, agree to these Terms & Conditions, and complete identity verification as requested.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and your preferred payment method details. All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and current. 677db reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information supplied at registration or at any subsequent point.

3.2 KYC Verification

677db applies a KYC verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative deposit or withdrawal activity crosses defined thresholds. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number) may also be requested.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in withdrawal delays or temporary Account suspension until verification is completed. 677db does not charge any fee for the KYC process.

3.3 Account Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will create login credentials (username and password) that are personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials and must not disclose them to any third party. You agree to notify 677db immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your credentials have been compromised. 677db will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 677db are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support a range of local payment methods to ensure fast, convenient access to funds for players across all divisions of Bangladesh, from Dhaka and Chittagong to Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

677db currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific methods may vary from time to time; the current list of active methods is always displayed on the Payments page within your Account dashboard.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the Account dashboard and may vary by payment method and Account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your 677db Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank) may take between 15 minutes and 2 business hours to reflect in your Account, depending on the bank's processing times. 677db does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved by the 677db payments team. Our target processing time for approved withdrawals is within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to KYC verification status. Withdrawals are always sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. If a payment method has been deactivated or the original account is no longer accessible, please contact [email protected] before submitting a withdrawal request.

4.5 Funds Security

Player funds held in 677db Accounts are maintained separately from the company's operational funds. 677db applies SSL/TLS encryption to all payment transactions. We do not store complete payment credentials on our servers. Any suspicious activity on your Account — including unexpected deposits or withdrawal requests — should be reported to [email protected] immediately.

4.6 Currency

All Balances, Wagers, winnings, and promotional amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). 677db does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If you attempt to deposit via a payment method denominated in a different currency, the conversion rate applied by your payment provider will determine the BDT amount credited to your Account; 677db is not responsible for any exchange rate differences.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all Wagers placed on the 677db Platform, whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sports betting markets. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game or event rules in addition to these general Terms.

5.1 Placement & Acceptance of Bets

A Wager is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, as evidenced by a confirmation reference number appearing in your Account history. 677db reserves the right to decline any Wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where a pricing error has occurred, a game or market has been suspended, or the Platform suspects irregular betting activity.

5.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets — including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series — are governed by the specific market rules published alongside each fixture. In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment of bet placement. 677db is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that may result in a bet being placed at an unintended moment during a live event.

In the event that a cricket match is abandoned, suspended, or reduced in overs due to weather or other external factors, settlement will follow the specific market rules applicable to that bet type. Where no specific rule applies, 677db's trading team will apply industry-standard settlement conventions, and the decision shall be final.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on 677db are supplied by certified third-party providers — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules and RTP (Return to Player) figures for each game are governed by the provider's own published specifications. 677db does not modify game logic or RTP parameters. In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during play, the outcome of any incomplete round may be voided and the staked amount returned to your Balance at 677db's discretion.

5.4 Errors & Manifest Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to obvious pricing errors, incorrect market descriptions, or technical errors that resulted in clearly incorrect odds being offered — 677db reserves the right to void that bet and return the staked amount to the player's Balance. We will notify affected players by email in such cases. Winnings derived from manifest errors are not payable.

5.5 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to a Wager, game outcome, or settlement decision must be raised with the 677db support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. Our support team will acknowledge your query within 2 business hours (BST) and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days. The decision of 677db's trading and compliance teams on matters of bet settlement is final.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

677db may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotional term and this section, the specific promotional term shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the Bonus Funds being credited to your Account. Unmet wagering requirements will result in the Bonus Funds being removed from your Account at the expiry of the qualifying period.

6.2 Eligible Games for Wagering

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games from eligible providers typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti) may contribute a lower percentage, typically between 10% and 20%. Sports bets may contribute at a separately specified rate. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

Players found to be exploiting bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other strategy that 677db reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — will have their Bonus Funds and any associated winnings forfeited. Repeated bonus abuse may result in permanent Account closure.

6.4 Seasonal Promotions

677db may run special promotions aligned with key events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Durga Puja, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). Participation in seasonal promotions is always voluntary and subject to the eligibility conditions published with each offer.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 677db Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using a different identity.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, or using another person's identity or payment method.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games, poker variants, or sports betting markets.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without direct manual input.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or manifest mistakes to generate winnings without bearing genuine risk.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on any deposit without first contacting 677db support to resolve the underlying issue.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 677db staff or other players.
• Platform interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, introduce malware to, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.

7.1 Suspension & Investigation

677db reserves the right to suspend any Account pending investigation whenever there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct. During a suspension, withdrawals from the Account will be placed on hold. The Account holder will be notified by email and given an opportunity to provide clarifying information. 677db aims to complete investigations within 10 business days, though complex cases may require additional time.

7.2 Permanent Closure & Forfeiture

Where an investigation concludes that a material breach has occurred, 677db may permanently close the Account and forfeit the entire Balance, including any deposited real-money funds, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law or where the breach involved fraudulent conduct. Players who dispute a closure decision may submit a formal complaint to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the closure notification.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

677db aims to maintain Platform availability of 99.9% on an annualised basis. However, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. 677db shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or inability to place bets resulting from Platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

8.2 Connectivity

677db is not responsible for internet connectivity failures, mobile network outages, or device-level issues that may affect your ability to access the Platform or complete a Wager. Players are responsible for ensuring that their own internet connection is sufficient and stable before placing time-sensitive wagers, including in-play cricket bets.

8.3 Third-Party Content

Casino games and live dealer content are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 677db is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions in third-party game content. In the event of a third-party game fault, 677db will cooperate with the relevant provider to investigate and resolve the issue, but 677db's liability is limited to returning the staked amount of any affected Wager.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 677db's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any individual Wager shall not exceed the value of the deposit made in connection with the transaction giving rise to the claim. 677db shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity, under any circumstances.

8.5 Force Majeure

677db shall not be in breach of these Terms, nor liable for any delay or failure in performance, if such delay or failure arises from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, widespread internet outages, or significant cyber-attacks on Platform infrastructure.

8.6 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 677db operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to SSL encryption, fair play, and player protection. Any unresolved dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures, the seat and rules of which shall be determined by 677db acting in good faith.
